RAREvolution originally established its foundations in the retail and refurbishment sector. Operating through the DRIVERFORCE division, this retail phase was crucial for generating organic cash flow and bootstrapping the company's early growth purely through grit and market revenue, avoiding conventional loans or outside debt.

This retail and servicing groundwork in Batu Pahat provided the ultimate launching pad. It built the financial and operational muscle needed to transition into custom hardware design (like the CK-G1 and MK-G1 ATX cases) and CNC/3D manufacturing, ultimately paving a clear runway toward long-term goals in semiconductor R&D.

Starting on the retail floor is exactly what shaped the company's "Talent-Based Enterprise" model—proving that a dedicated Nakama can scale a technical guild from a local shopfront into a full-scale development powerhouse.

RAREvolution Engineering operates on a bootstrapped (self-funded) model driven by a Talent-Based Enterprise structure. The ultimate goal is to establish absolute local technological sovereignty.

📦 Phase 1: Retail & Refurbishing (DRIVERFORCE)

Core Focus: Retail computer sales, maintenance, and IT refurbishing.
Objective: Generate a stable, organic cash flow at the grassroots level (centered in Batu Pahat) to fund subsequent phases without relying on external corporate debt.
Key Initiative: Project RANGKA — Promoting Linux migration (e.g., Pop!_OS) to eliminate bloatware, enhance privacy, and champion operating system sovereignty.

🛠️ Phase 2: Machinery Procurement & Custom Hardware Manufacturing

Core Focus: Local manufacturing of custom computer hardware and chassis.
Objective: Raise a target fund of RM 300,000 to acquire physical fabrication and manufacturing assets.
Key Initiative: Purchasing CNC machinery, welding equipment, and industrial 3D printing setups to launch production lines for homegrown ATX computer cases (such as the CK-G1 and MK-G1 models).

Core Focus: Scaling up medium-sized manufacturing and optimizing R&D operations.
Objective: Solidify internal divisions like PROTUNED as the core engine for critical R&D, while expanding the market reach of custom hardware.
Key Initiative: Streamlining the internal Guild structure and technical Nakama capabilities to safeguard product quality and ensure a sovereign local supply chain.

Core Focus: Entering the high-tech semiconductor industry.
Objective: Complete the 10-year trajectory by transitioning from external hardware fabrication to internal component design and deep-tech production.
