TECH IS FUN

Welcome to D.R.E.X

At RAREvolution Engineering, we craft computers technology and digital products with care, inviting you to join our mission as a historical contributor. (Company lead by Bumiputra Islam with syariah compliance) since 2016 with diversify Talent & Background.

COMPUTER MANUFACTURING 🍉

I am Mohd Azlan B. Md Kamisan (Azlan Kamisan), Director & Computer Technology Engineer at RAREvolution Engineering.

As a Certified IT International Professional (Certified IT International Professional) specializing in Computer Technology (Semiconductor & Development) and with over 25 years of experience in the fields of technology, development, and construction, I believe that technology is indeed fun and beneficial. Adhering to the principle of Fastabikulkhairat (racing in goodness), I established RAREvolution Engineering with the motto: "Satisfactory".

Our Vision Some may be skeptical about our ability to produce computer hardware and technology that is comparable to, or even superior to, international brands. However, my confidence is based on extensive experience as part of a team of major national technology suppliers before. Armed with that experience, I and my comrades have begun to create our own designs and works that will be produced by us.

Growth & Funding Strategy Given the high factory equipment, we have operated several SME businesses throughout Malaysia as a "bootstrapping" step. The proceeds from this business are channeled as core funds to realize our main goal: National Computer Manufacturing Factory.

Transparency & Accountability For those of you who want to support this effort, we provide a donation platform through our official website. As a commitment to the resolution:

Financial Statement: Every public fund received will be displayed in detail in the Historical Contributor and Public Tab.

External Audit: We welcome audits from major contributors to build mutual trust and confidence.

For us, honesty and trust are the main pillars of the success of this project. We are committed to sharing every development, equipment acquisition, and the involvement of skilled personnel transparently through our official platform.

"Your trust is the fuel for our innovation engine. We are committed to carrying out this trust with full integrity, being transparent in every cent contributed, and being accountable in every step of development. Your support means a lot to ensure that the vision of the National Computer Factory becomes a reality. Thank you for believing in the capabilities of our people."

Thank you for your support in realizing the nation's technological aspirations.

Instead of relying on low-skilled manual labor, this organizational structure is optimized for high-tech industrial manufacturing, focusing heavily on technical expertise and precision engineering:

1. Direct Job Breakdown (In-House Team)

A. Engineering & R&D Division (High-Skilled) — 5 Positions

This division acts as the "brain" of the factory, handling mechanical design, system integration, and software tailoring:

  • 2x Senior Hardware Engineers (CAD/CAM): Responsible for the mechanical engineering of custom computer chassis, structural integrity, and airflow/thermal dynamics.

  • 1x Embedded System / PCB Layout Engineer: Manages custom motherboard circuit traces, BIOS integration, and internal power delivery firmware.

  • 2x System Integration & Linux Dev Specialists: Focused on operating system optimization, firmware security, and stripping data-telemetry to create secure, sovereign computing systems for commercial and enterprise clients.

B. Plant Operations, CNC & Assembly (Technical/Skilled) — 20 Positions

  • Engineering Maintenance & Calibration Contractors: Specialized local engineering firms hired for periodic calibration of advanced testing lab equipment, annual servicing of multi-ton CNC machines, and certified cleaning/testing of Cleanroom HEPA filtration systems.

Employment Quality Summary

Unlike low-tier textile or basic assembly operations that rely heavily on hundreds of low-cost foreign manual laborers, this tech-driven factory model allocates over 90% of its jobs to skilled and semi-skilled local talent.

This capital investment is strategically designed to upgrade the local workforce, transforming regional technicians into advanced automation experts, precision hardware engineers, and digital system innovators.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

An investment of this scale into a medium-high tech computer manufacturing and assembly plant yields a massive macroeconomic ripple effect. Instead of just creating low-wage assembly jobs, it actively shifts the country up the global value chain.

Here is the strategic impact of this project on the national economy:

1. Accelerating the Transition to a High-Income Tech Economy

Most developing nations are stuck in the "Low-Value Assembly" trap—importing fully formed parts and simply screwing them together. By investing in in-house CNC fabrication, custom SMT lines, and localized R&D, this factory changes the game.

  • Higher Gross Domestic Product (GDP) Contribution: Manufacturing products with high local in-house value-add yields significantly higher profit margins than simple distribution, directly boosting industrial GDP.

  • Escaping Low-Cost Labor Reliance: By prioritizing automation and specialized engineering over massive manual assembly lines, it aligns perfectly with national economic blueprints (such as Malaysia's New Industrial Master Plan - NIMP) to transition into a high-wage, high-income economy.

2. Strengthening Digital Sovereignty & Reducing Import Reliance

Every year, billions in national capital flow outward to import foreign tech hardware and corporate licensing.

  • Import Substitution: Building custom computer chassis and configuring hardware locally reduces reliance on foreign-made systems for government ministries, schools, and local enterprises.

  • Data Privacy and National Security: Developing clean hardware integrated with customized, telemetry-free operating systems provides a secure computing architecture for critical national infrastructure, protecting the country from foreign digital surveillance and supply chain backdoors.

3. Boosting High-Value Exports and Regional Trade Balance

By securing international compliance certificates (CE, FCC, CB Scheme) right from the start, the factory acts as a strong net exporter.

  • Inflow of Foreign Currency: Exporting hardware to booming markets across Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam) brings foreign capital back into the country, strengthening the local currency's position.

  • Capitalizing on ATIGA: Utilizing the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement ensures 0% intra-regional tariffs, making the domestically manufactured computers highly price-competitive against Western or East Asian brands in neighboring countries.

4. Spurring the Local Supply Chain Multiplier (The Ecosystem Effect)

An industrial plant does not operate in a vacuum. For every ringgit spent within the factory, a massive multiplier effect occurs in the surrounding local ecosystem.

  • Downstream Business Growth: It creates predictable, long-term business for local industrial gas suppliers, specialized packaging manufacturers, local logistics fleets, and engineering maintenance companies.

  • Technology Transfer: Local vendors are forced to upgrade their own quality standards to meet the strict technical tolerances required by a high-tech computer factory, raising the overall baseline capability of local industrial engineering.

5. Reversing the Tech "Brain Drain"

One of the largest economic challenges for emerging tech hubs is losing top-tier engineering talent to multinational companies overseas because local job opportunities lack deep technical depth.

  • Creating Intellectual Property (IP): By establishing a dedicated R&D laboratory for custom PCB layouts, thermal dynamics, and systems integration, local engineers can build and own tech IPs within their home country.

  • High-Value Talent Retention: Providing specialized roles (such as CAD/CAM engineers, SMT line managers, and embedded system developers) gives local university graduates high-paying, future-proof career paths right at home.
